The premise of Smartr is the podcast made by an egocentric tech CEO on a mission to change / destroy the world. So we recorded Smartr like we were shooting a documentary — adapting non-fiction techniques to all aspects of production.
The result was a show that had audiences laughing all the way through, unsure if this was real or fiction.
