About Ben Adair

Ben Adair is a Peabody-Award-winning journalist and podcaster who started Western Sound to tell fascinating stories in interesting ways.

Many of his shows explore Southern California’s strange, exciting and always-surprising people and places. His passions lie in revealing the hidden complexities of life in ways that everyone can understand, and finding beauty in even the darkest of narratives (not to mention the darkness in all beautiful things).

He currently lives in Los Angeles with his family.
